Fast, simple & smooth — from booking to activation, everything made easy.

By using the services of Zoff Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure smooth, fair, and secure service for all our customers.


1. Service Activation

Internet and related services are activated after confirmation of payment and verification of location. Installation timelines may vary based on technical or environmental conditions, though most are completed same-day.

2. Fair Usage Policy

All internet packages are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure consistent speed and quality for all users. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary speed control.

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly charges are due in advance.

  • Late payments may result in disconnection.

  • Reconnection will only proceed after clearance of dues.

4. Refund Policy

Once a service is activated, no refund will be provided. However, in case of failure to install due to technical limitations, charges may be adjusted or refunded accordingly.

5. Equipment Ownership

Any routers, ONU devices, or cables provided by Zoff Network are either sold to the customer or provided on rental. Ownership terms are explained during booking.

6. Support & Maintenance

We offer technical support 7 days a week. Physical visits may be chargeable depending on the issue. Accidental cable cuts, power issues, or non-Zoff hardware faults are not covered under free support.

7. Service Suspension

Zoff Network reserves the right to temporarily suspend service due to non-payment, misuse, or technical upgrades — with or without prior notice.
